Cancellations: Tickets booked online for Bodhgaya Waterpark are dynamic and specific to the selected date. Therefore, cancellations or date-change requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booked visit date by emailing us at sandeepbgy@gmail.com. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the visit are non-refundable.

Refunds: In case of a valid cancellation or duplicate accidental transaction, the amount will be refunded back to the original payment source (UPI/Card/NetBanking).

Timeline: Approved refunds will reflect in your bank account within 5 to 7 working days.
